Every month, diaconate sends out a newsletter with up-to-date information and inspiration.
Disadvantaged youth from Uganda and freed child slaves in Haiti are working hard for their future. Trained artisans like Joshua and Aida are needed, they just need good tools to get started. Medelyne got her diploma and can go to college!
In the Netherlands, Annegreet and Thomas share their family's warmth with people who could use some attention. And Selina (50) runs a whopping 93 kilometres to raise money for forest management in Peru.
And then there is always something new to learn. TUA students received guest lectures on diaconate, evangelism and mission. And finally there is a good Dutch-language basic missiology book, for students as well as for churches. This way, we want to make churches more aware of their diaconal and missionary vocation and make people enthusiastic for work in this field.
