In the latest edition of The Alarm Clock (31 October 2025), the theme of movement appears in many articles.

We should not capture that God in images that are immovable, nor should we capture each other in images that are frozen, argues Ingrid Dobbe-Bakker in the Nader Bekeken column. In the series of articles on leaders in the Bible and leadership in church and society, it is Deborah's turn. Why did this intriguingly strong woman become leader of Israel and what can we learn from her?

Benjaming (6) tells in the interview series Generations in the Church how he learns about Bible and faith at home, at school and at church.

On page 15 you will find the in memoriam on Rev J. Germs, who passed away on 8 October.
