God has this world in mind and into that world we are sent. How do we take position, in our surroundings? A good testimony went out from the first congregation in Jerusalem; they stood in the favour of all the people. Of the congregation in Thessalonica, the word of the Lord was said to have spread in their surroundings. What is said of us? How do we carry out the gospel?

To support the churches in this, the deputations have Diaconate, Home missions, Mission, Church order and church law and the Support for local churches joined hands, under the name Church in Mission Situation.

We long for a church that embodies God's love and grace in this world. Communities that feel called with an eye to the people and the world around them. Here you will find examples and practices for inspiration. Videos, stories and the opportunity for coaching or counselling.
