The Church Work Support Centre (SKW) fulfils a coordinating directorial role between the pastor, the church council, the emeritikas and the occupational health and safety service. That service maintains all medical and occupational contacts with the individual pastor.

Sickness notification pastor
The Christelijke Gereformeerde Kerken pastor's sick or recovery notification form can be completed by the pastor or the church council.
Would you please do so in full, and immediately after you/your pastor falls ill or is involved in an accident?
This is important because:
- frequent short periods of illness may be an indication to the occupational health and safety service that more is going on;
- in case of unexpected long-term illness, the date of first reporting sick is decisive for the commencement of incapacity benefit from the Emeritus House.
