Food is something all people want to eat. Sometimes you even want to eat out. The Zeist missionary committee seized on the latter thought to organise an evening out for members of the congregation, while raising money for the mission. A restaurant had been recreated in a cosy venue, and a professional chef provided an exquisite four-course menu, with choices also available at two courses.

During the course exchange, there was an opportunity for a brief overview presentation of the mission projects supported by our mission. As icing on the cake, there were special guests from northern Siberia, who told of the miracles the Lord is doing in the hearts of people there.

So those who want to organise something for the mission can also think about this kind of activity. On such an evening, the missionary counsellor will be happy to come and have a bite to eat and give a presentation!
