Mission day in classis Amersfoort
The Amersfoort classis organises a mission day every year. And they make a wonderful day of it.
Saturday 23 March 2024 was the mission day at the Oenenburg church in Nunspeet. The theme of the day was 'God's Word for all'. Four different speakers offered instructive workshops focusing on evangelism, youth, migrants and deaf ministry. The workshops were well attended and it was a pleasant crowd.
As usual, there was a missionary market with various merchandise, including books, toys, groceries and various food items. And like every year, the catering was well taken care of; visitors were not short of anything.
For the children, there were various games with fun prizes, a bouncy castle and a children's programme. It was thus truly a day for young and old alike.
