As churches, we are commissioned to be present on behalf of our Heavenly Father and pass on the gospel in word and deed. The new Pioneers in South foundation will do this in South Limburg, a region with much spiritual and material need. In close cooperation with the Missionary congregation Voice of the Good Shepherd in Bunde/Meerssen, it wants to start pioneer placements in other places in South Limburg. The recruitment process for a pastor, evangelist or church worker will start soon.
Pioneers in South was established on 27 January. The foundation provides fundraising to enable the financing of the pioneer sites. Together with the congregation of Bunde/Meerssen, they support the church workers.
