Here are teaching modules based on the knowledge and experience accumulated in the Pioneering Learning Community, among others. You can follow the modules for free and independently.
Module 7 - achievable mission
The Learning to pioneer modules cover twelve key themes. Six of them have to do with building a new community, the other six deal with practical matters. Each month we highlight one. This month: achievable mission.
Pioneering starts with a dream, but that dream must be realistic. This module helps pioneers make their mission clear and achievable. It is important to take small steps, to try, to learn and to adjust. Remaining realistic is not a brake on your enthusiasm, but a way to really shape your dream.
