Module 8 – Shared leadership
The Learning to pioneer modules cover twelve key themes. Six of them have to do with building a new community, the other six deal with practical matters. Each month we highlight one. This month: shared leadership.
Pioneering is something you do together, because everyone has something to contribute. Leaders ensure that everyone remains focused on Christ and on God's mission, and they keep the team together and in balance. A good leader inspires, shares responsibility and dares to let go, so that all the gifts and talents in the team can come into their own. Leading means serving one another. And that is not always easy.
