An important task of deputies for diaconate is to equip and advise deacons. This is aimed at enabling deacons to properly fulfil their leadership role in their own congregations. But it also includes increasing the diaconal awareness of local congregations.
Deputats diaconate have appointed two diaconal consultants who are available for training and advice. They develop training materials, provide meetings and courses, and give tailor-made advice to local diaconates.
Invite the consultant
The consultants are available for a training meeting at the classic level (at CSPs and CDC evenings). They are also happy to come to a meeting of the church council or diaconate, to discuss how to fulfil the diaconal task and the questions that arise in the process.
