GertJan and Thessa worked at OMF's Team Centre in Cambodia until summer 2025. The Team Centre is a meeting place for other OMF mission workers in Cambodia. The centre offers a home in another country. For example, guests to the mission field can stay overnight here and mission workers also receive language lessons here. Meanwhile, the role Gertjan and Thessa had as Team Centre Manager has been taken over by a local Christian.
GertJan and Thessa feel called to serve on a long-term mission to Cambodia. To prepare themselves properly, they began a course at the Cornerstone Missionary Bible College in Beugen (Brabant) in September 2026.
